Don't Forget Yourself.

From the early hours of the day, you're up and awake,

You zoom through your routine, like a robot without a thought,

Off to work, or any other place you earn a living, 

You tick of boxes, doing task and activities, 

Your mind is filled, with thoughts and worries, 

For all and sundry, but known for yourself, 

Soon it's dusk, the day is done, is time to retire, and call it a day,

In the midst of it all, don't forget yourself.
