On Pain

Pain ; We all go through it,
A fact of life, we all must experience,
Physical or mental,  it hurt still,
From cut or burns, 
Betrayal and grief,
They hurt us all, sometimes they kill,
Young and old,
Humans and animals,
No one is freed, 
From the throes of pain.
