Take a pause and feel,

The hair on your skin,

The pulse of your heart,

The feelings that you feel.

Take a pause and see,

The environment you live in,

Those that are within,

The person in the mirror.

Take a pause and think about

Whom you wanted to be,

Whom you have become,

Who you can be.

Take a pause to feel, see and think,

So you can feel real and seen,

Some things can only be felt and seen,

Only when you take a pause from life's routine.
