Wasted day, time badly spent, 

Tick tick, a life is being ruined,

Mindless scrolling, from dawn to dusk, 

A lot to do, nothing gets done,

Clicks and likes, engaging the mind,

Buzz and pings, the soul is engaged,

A day is wasted, a life gets ruined.
