Threw out old boxes,
Regrets and photographs,
Empty pockets and lockets,
That contains throes and hurts,
Clear out skeletons from closets ,
Do away with weights and burdens,
Deal and heal from past pains,
Don't let worries weigh you down,
Live life on a weightless stride.
