Not Going Back To Yesterday.


Not going back to yesterday,

It's gone and past, like previous days,

I made mistakes and learnt my lessons, 

I was a different soul then, filled with naivety,

I fumbled and stumbled, through bumps and edges,

To get to where I am, a present better state,

Shame and regrets, I have felt and forgotten, 

It's no use going back to yesterday, 

I was a different person then.
