Rise in the morning,
Rise up with the sun,
Absorbing its energy,
To power your day.

Rise up at noon,
When the sun is set,
And the earth is bubbling,
With energy and activities.

Rise up in the evening, 
When the sun is down,
And the day is done, 
Then you start your day.
