Slippery slope, unending scroll,

Trapped in, your mind is caged,

From the first buzz, to many more,

Notifications and information calling you,

Pictures and videos of meaningless thoughts,

Feeding your mind with garbage and dust,

Time is gone, never to be gotten back, 

This is how distraction steals your life.
