Distraction Came Visiting

Distraction came visiting today,

It came for a short stay, but left at the day's end,

It came through a buzz, from the device in my hands, 

It took me through different notifications, updates and applications, 

We had a fun time, scrolling through timelines,

Till the day was gone, and no work was done,

Distraction came visiting today, and left me with regrets.
