The Battle Within.



The war within is waged silently,
So solemn only you can hear the noise,
Even when it is calm, it wages still within,
It's a battle, everyone battles differently.

The war within is an endless tussle,
It's a circle of continuous struggles,
The fight with the inner self doesn't end,
It wages on, even when we sleep.

The war within, we all fight,
Sometimes it pauses for a while,
Each day it takes a different form,
It's a war, fought in every mind.
