A troubled mind, always on the run,

Can't be in the present, anxious of tomorrow, 

Anticipates the known, afraid of the unknown, 

Always running with thoughts, can't be at ease,

Lost in the moment, imagining the future, 

A troubled mind is a cell, that prisons the soul.
