The Addiction We Don't Talk About.


Scrolling through the feeds, whiling away time,
Reacting to memes, videos and pics,
Responding to messages, buzzes, and waves,
Before long, the day is far spent,
Your brain is saturated, you feel drained, 
Work and tasks, pilling up in heaps,
You took a break, or maybe a nap,
Soon you're up, back to your screen, 
The cycle is addictive, we all know this is real,
This is the addiction, we don't want to talk about.
