It's a tough process.
that births a new version of you.
It's the midnight oil that you burn. 
It's the extra work you put in daily.
It's the momentarily pleasure you deny yourself off.
It's the learning that is boring.
It's the fun you give up for learning.
It's a process not an event.
Growth was never meant to be easy
