Values and principles. Ordinary virtues. Makes you extraordinary.  To all and sundry. Morals and dictates. Seems old and obsolete. Makes you exemplary Through many genealogy. Discipline and focus. Difficult and tedious.  Makes you an achiever. Now or later. Hardwork is hard. Integrity is hard. Most things are hard. Choose your hard.

The workaholic, addicted to Labour  Works till he is out of vigor. Joyful in  completing every task. Uses his job  as a mask. The workaholic, he works under every condition. Even when in motion, always in attention.  Doesn't attend functions. He doesn't distractions. The workaholic, she doesn't go out. Even when she is burnt out.  She feels guilty inside.  She works by her bedside.  The workaholic, her  work is all that matters. Social  and private life is in taters.  She claims to be happy  Always crying into her nappy. The workaholic, he feels guilty for taking time off Feels angry for dozing off. She doesn't log off. Even if her body is shutting off. The workaholic, forgive and heal. Life is a  very big deal. Alone you can't enjoy it. You need others to enjoy it.

Take a walk to the park and walk a mile. On your way give everyone a smile. Play soccer with the kids on the street. Ride the roller-coaster,  shining your teeth. Laugh uncontrollably for a long time. If you get a weird look, don't give a dime. Engage in small and meaningless talks. Catch fun every moment don't be stuck. The world is hard enough.  You don't always need to be tough. Always be happy, it's not  treason. Be happy for nor reason.

Shop till you drop. Smoke till you choke. Drink till you sink. Party to nothing.   Reckless living unhealthy habits,  Smokescreen for sadness   Projecting empty happiness Reprieve from reality. Running from misery. Usually ends in insanity. Results in calamity. © Toobrightanthony 

The bottomless bucket list It gets deeper, as each layer is lifted. Its cost keeps accumulating with each experience.  One is ticked , two more are added. The bottomless bucket list. Hedonic treadmill. Always on the move. No destination in sight. The bottomless bucket list  Search for happiness. To fill up emptiness. Unending pursuit.

You worry about the future. Robbing yourself of the present. As time crawls pass you Withdrawing joy from you life. Depositing sadness and anguish. In the morrow  yet to come. You steal from the present.  To deposit from the future,  That you cannot control. It makes no sense. To worry about the future.
