Bland words from a stale mind, Empty thoughts, words are dry, This is a battle, that we daily fight, It's a block, that dries the mind. Dry words from a scanty mind, Trying to find a rhythm is hard, The words are gone, just like that, This is another blockage of the mind. The flow of time, nonstop it flows, Like an endless river,it doesn't pauses or stop, Sometimes it's slow, quite boring and dull, You think you have a lot of it, soon it's all gone, The flow of time, a mystery that can't be understood.  © Toobrightanthony

Rise up early,  Move your body Say a prayer of thanks Be up and be grateful. Go out with a smile, Be cheerful and happy, Hug a friend, and a stranger. Be up and be grateful. Take it a step at a time, It won't work as planned, Don't be discouraged still, Be up and be grateful.
