Wake up, smell the coffee, feel good, and be grateful. Move your body, clear your mind, drink water, and be grateful. Take on the day, a step at a time, a task a time, conquer the day, and be grateful. Eat healthily, drink water, take a walk, and be grateful. Wear a smile, give a hug, have fun and laugh, and be grateful. Reach out to family, Call a friend, amend and burn bridges,and be grateful. Evening time, rush hour has begun, Everyone is rushing home, it's the end of the day, Legs moving swiftly, vehicles driving fast, All heading to their abode, the place they call home, Where rest is found, and stress is relieved, It may be a pub,  or a brothel, or a house filled with friends and family, No one is left out, even the lonely ones, They are all racing home, before the morning rush hour dawns. ✍ @Toobrightanthony. 📸 @pexels.
